My family enjoyed our two-night stay in a Deluxe Cottage. The soothing sounds of nature and the delightful garden seating were perfect for unwinding. The staff arranged a fantastic evening theater performance, creating lovely memories. Pro tip, request for the cricket equipment ahead for a fun family game!

Exceptional hospitality from the staff, particularly with personalized touches like Chef Saha's breakfast bags for our early departure, enhanced our experience. The room was spacious and featured stunning river views. While the dining area could get busy at peak times, the food was consistently impressive, especially the delightful cakes. Room service was quick, but a heated pool would have made the stay more comfortable, and a play area for toddlers would be beneficial as well.

My experience was very disappointing. The room wasn’t as I expected. I booked a ground floor cottage but ended up on the first floor with no garden view. Additionally, the food options were limited and repetitive during my two-night stay. Some staff members appeared indifferent, adding to my frustration.

This resort is perfect for me with great amenities like free parking, seasonal outdoor pool, fitness centre, and excellent dining options. The staff is always helpful. I still remember when they gave me water late at night. Come enjoy the amazing food!

Special shoutouts to Mr Naveen Bisht and his team who took excellent care of us. The safaris were well organized and offered unforgettable experiences in nature. However, my room was a bit humid, which required requesting a dehumidifier. The fast-paced breakfast service during peak hours felt a bit chaotic. Though the food was flavorful, I'd like to see more variety during longer stays. I appreciated the efforts of the solo staff member during our checkout rush, but having more personnel would help ease the process during peak times. Overall, I had a wonderful stay, perfectly combining family fun and relaxation.
